What is a deed-restricted community?
Deed-restricted communities are those where a homeowners’ association or HOA has restrictions in place that prohibit residents from taking certain actions without prior approval.
Who is the property manager?

When is trash/bulk pick up?
Trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays and bulk pick-up is on Thursdays. Bins are to be taken to the curb the evening prior - AFTER 7 p.m. - and must be removed by midnight the day of pick up.
Where can I get a parking decal or a guest sticker for my car(s)?
This can be obtained through our parking enforcement company, Recon Parking Management. To receive a decal, you must provide a current license and registration and a signature agreeing to the rules.

ARC Form - Required to be completed, submitted, and approved PRIOR to any changes to your property’s exterior.
You can download the form here. Please note the Architectural Standards & Control Committee (ARC Committee) has up to 30 days to approve the form.
Clubhouse Rental Form - The Banyan Lakes Clubhouse can be rented for special occasions such as birthday parties and weddings.
You can download the form here. The cost to rent the clubhouse is $250, of which $150 is refundable if the Clubhouse is left clean and in good order upon your departure.
Events
HOA Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Clubhouse. Homeowners can attend in person or via Zoom. Upcoming dates are:
